How Capoflow LLC uses text messaging

What Is Capoflow LLC?

Capoflow LLC is a business management platform that enables service businesses to manage quotes, jobs, invoices, expenses, and customer communications from a single system. As part of normal business operations, businesses using Capoflow LLC send transactional SMS notifications to their customers through the Capoflow platform.

What Messages Are Sent

All SMS messages sent through Capoflow LLC are transactional only. They relate directly to a customer's interaction with a business and may include:

How Customers Opt In

Customers opt in to receive SMS notifications by providing their phone number directly to a business using Capoflow LLC during service interactions such as:

Consent may be collected through online forms with an opt-in disclosure presented at the point where the phone number is entered. Additionally, business staff may record verbal consent obtained during in-person or phone interactions. In these cases, consent is recorded in the platform with the staff member's identity and timestamp.

Capoflow LLC does not send messages without a prior business relationship or without the customer providing their phone number directly to the business.

Customers may provide their phone number during service interactions such as onboarding, invoicing, scheduling, or other service-related communication.

The following disclosure is shown to customers at the point where their phone number is collected.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's interactions with the business. Messages are sent only when triggered by a specific transaction or event, such as when a new invoice is created, a payment is received, or an appointment is scheduled.

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once a customer replies STOP, no further SMS messages will be sent to that phone number.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and plan. Capoflow LLC does not charge end customers for receiving SMS messages.
